Hangar lots are available at LWS!  A one-time fee has been set as follows: small lot fee is $33,333, medium lot fee is $50,000, and the large lot fee is $66,666.  The current lease rate is $.2233/square foot per year for building and 50% for non-building areas.  All hangar leases will pay the same rate, which is adjusted each year slightly with the Consumer Price Index.  For more information, please contact Mike Isaacs, Airport Director, at 208-748-9132.
